Cowichan's Community String Orchestra

2021-22 Season now in progress!

After a short and successful early summer outdoor season of music making, the CCSO has embarked with music director Chris Redsell again at the helm, returning to the HUB Heritage Room for indoor rehearsals which began September 18, 2021. The board has revised our policy statement (see orchestra policy document under rehearsals tab) to comply with new PHO orders requiring all participants to wear masks while gathering indoors. Also starting Sept. 13th PHO requires that proof of COVID-19 vaccination be shown by all participants--musicians and audience members alike.

Any string players interested in joining our orchestra please review the policy statement and then feel free to contact us.
